- Shipping is handled via USPS, both internationally and domestically. Angle of Attack Productions is located in the Western United States. Domestic delivery, depending on method, generally takes under 5 business days to arrive. International shipments can take anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks, depending on the country. Tracking is not available on any orders.
- Privacy & Security
- At Angle of Attack, our business is to teach you how to fly complex simulations, and we guarantee your information will not be sold to anyone at any time. Our site is also fully encrypted using SSL technology to insure your information is safe and secure.
- Returns & Replacements
- Returns are allowed, however, the postage will be the responsibility of the customer and not Angle of Attack. If a product needs to be replaced, Angle of Attack will send you a replacement copy, free of charge. We require proof of a defective product.
- Ordering
- We strive to give you an easy and enjoyable shopping experience. If you have any question at any time about ordering your Training Package, or anything related to it, please write us an email and we will get back to you as quickly as possible, usually within 12 hours.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment is due upon checkout. We do not accept checks or money orders. You may order by credit card or via paypal. If at any time you are having trouble placing an order, please contact Angle of Attack immediately before re-trying so we can make sure your order has in fact not been placed. This will make sure multiple orders are not submitted, and therefore, multiple charges.
- Viewing Orders
- To view your order, simply log in to your account.
- Updating Account Information
- Account information may be updated by logging into your account. If you have forgot your account information, please attempt to reset the password yourself. If this does not work, please contact Angle of Attack and we will do our best to make sure you gain access to your information.
