OUR 737 TRAINING PAGE IS NOW WORKING


Our Training, along with the PMDG 737NGX has now been released. PMDG is still working out some issues on their end, as are we, but it’s finally out after all this time!

Huge thanks to all those who participated here. It’s been a ton of fun!

    Got the NGX in the early hours of this moring (02:20 BST) and took her for a quick spin around the block! Have to say that Nick was spot on when he said it is a joy to hand fly, just signed up for the Captain’s training package too! As you are fond of saying…’Throttle On!’

      Just done 3 perfect flights in the 800WL, EGGP-EGAE EGAE-EGPH and EGPH-EGSS, she handles like a dream! Good work PMDG. Looking forward to the training now! :D

    I just buy the Captain Package of the 737NGX tutorail, but i have always the buy link in my dashboard … Please do something :) .

    Has anybody got an Ezdok profile for the NGX? I assume Nick (Cirrus22) does but whikst he shared his TrackIr profile it is only ha;f useful without the EzDok bit.

    Can I just say a big Thanks to the AoA crew for providing this facility for NGX enthusiasts to share their thoughts while counting the minutes . OK, some sad souls abused it with unacceptable language (which thankfully got dealt with), but thankfully they were a small minority. Personally I really enjoyed reading the keen anticipation that so many people around the world had for this PMDG release. Seeing this, I don’t think we need to have concerns for the future of our hobby. And WOW – the NGX is downloading to my machine as I’m typing this !! Unfortunately, due to work commitments in the coming weeks I won’t have time to enlist with the AoA training program yet – roll on September !

    the 737 ngx simulation is absolutelly the best, it’s a dream to fly, it will take a least a thousand hours of simulation before you can get bored.

    Not to sound stupid or anything, but I just bought the Groundwork for 737NGX, but there’s still a ‘buy now’ in my dashboard instead of view course. Is that because the training isn’t out yet or did I forget to activate something?

      Did you ever get a response to this? I’m having the same problem on Friday August 12/Saturday. I got a receipt by email, but nothing else!

        This SHOULD be fixed. I checked it myself. If you can’t see it, that means the registration process got broken. Write support and we’ll get it handled.

    I have decided to opt out of aviator Pro ! I have 90% of what you teach on software from various sources- mostly King’s School. I have ALL of your Training now except this after today. I started with the Boxed 767 and bought it all…. A BIG THANKS for your Service and Support. Thanks, too, for what I learned on Aviator Pro- especially the section on Vatsim ( I needed that real bad). Wishing you well as you continue in 2012 with 737ngx. Looking forward to lot more yet or I’ll be back for my 80.00 bucks (Hahaaa……HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL GOOD FOLKS AT angle of attack.

    I just wanted to ask if the 737 training is complete yet, and if not, when will it be?

      It is not complete yet. We are completing it section by section. With how much content we’re going to end up having (around 60 hours) it’ll be at least the end of year before we’re done. There’s no reason to hold off jumping in, as you get the sections as we build it, and you also get to make suggestions as we go along. Otherwise you’ll have no say.

    Just want to find out if i make the payment for the whole syllabus for training on 737NGX, would i get the whole training program or do i need to pay for every new module?

      Nope, you’d be paying for the Captains Package, which gives you access to every part of the 737 Training.

          They are available forever. Once they’re on our site, they’re there for good. There MAY be a component like this in LineWork, where we have tons of flights. Jason and I had our first full section test the other day, and it was 8GB or something. So we may only keep those on a monthly basis.
