This last week I had the opportunity to fly with a local instructor here in Alaska. This was somewhat of an introduction to float flying- and boy, was it a blast!
We flew into the backcountry just outside my home town and landed and some remote lakes. Towering trees, glacier fed lakes, fingering rivers, and ominous mountains.
This experience was inspiring, intense, and wonderful.
Along the way, I was able to take some footage of our adventure. I hope you enjoy this video I’ve put together.
